Hello guys and gals!  My name is May, and no I wasn’t born in the month of May.  In fact, it derives from my first name ‘Methus’, which means ‘Savant’ in Thai.  I teach mathematics and physics at WSC.  I’ve accumulated around 10 years of experience teaching them since my baby-faced years at Chulalongkorn Uni where I obtained my Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.  The mathematics and physics that I teach here are more test-specific as they pertain to those found in GED, GCSE, IGCSE, GCE, IB, SAT, CU-AAT, CU-ATS, Calculus, Circuit Analysis, you name it.

You might wonder how one can possibly enjoy studying mathematics and physics.  If so, please join my classes, and I’ll lead you to a whole new world…’I can open your eyes…take you wonder by wonder…over sideways and under…on a magic carpet rideeeeee’.  In a nutshell, you’ll have so much fun and lots of knowledge to boot!

I’d like to share with you my favorite maxim quoted from a famous American applied mathematician, Philip J. Davis, that ‘one of the endlessly alluring aspects of mathematics is that its thorniest paradoxes have a way of blooming into beautiful theories.’

My name is Riiya, and I hail from one of the world’s oldest cradles of civilization, India.  It is indisputably a great place for education and culture, but you do not need to sail the Seven Seas to Hindustan to be enlightened anymore. I can take you with me along the road to the fount of all knowledge here at WSC.  I teach GED English and Science. My strong attributes, according to my past and current students, are my interpersonal and analytical skills, which help me considerably in making my students understand their lessons.

I graduated from the University of Pune with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.  I’m a TESOL degree holder and an Accounting degree holder from Sara Beattie College, Hong Kong.  I must admit that I have a consuming passion for teaching and am able to make use of my diversified experience as a pedagogical forte. I am eagerly looking forward to seeing you in my class!

A big HELLO to all my WSC students!  I am Patt.  I graduated with second-class honors in International Business Management and spent my time earning my living and garnering hands-on experience in the US of A for almost a quarter of my rosy life.

Here at WSC, I have been entrusted with teaching, based on the Socratic method, critical reading, the syntax of English, and English for business purposes, etc.  It has, I must say, never ceased to delight me throughout my tenure as an educator to hear my students exclaim, “Oh, now I got it!” or see the rapid progress of my students’ learning and test-taking skills. Needless to say, I beam with pleasure at being, at the very least, a speck of light at the end of their academic tunnel. What a rewarding feeling! I definitely was, still am, and will always continue to be passionate about teaching so as to make my classes a fountain of knowledge for those seeking to quench their thirst.

Hello! I am Jasmeet, a gold medalist postgraduate from one of India’s most reputed universities.

I teach Mathematics for IGCSE, GED, SAT, and Science For IGCSE and GED.  I can also help students with GRE/GMAT Math and IELTS speaking and listening sections.  My idea about Mathematics is that it is like LOVE-a simple idea that can get complicated. That is why I put in the best of my efforts to make problem solving easy for my students. Each problem solved becomes a rule for the next one and helps in further simplification of the learning process. Science is something you need to learn and understand in as simple a language as possible, and I make sure that I simplify every concept for my students and put it in words that they understand.

Sawadee Ka! My name is Lex. I was an English major from Thammasat University and a TESOL holder from Chichester College. I am currently a Master of Education graduand at S.I.U, hoping to get a degree in teaching English as an international language very soon.
 
At WSC, I teach the academic modules of IELTS reading and writing, CU-TEP and grammar.  Being attuned to the limitations and difficulties of students struggling to learn English, I'm enthusiastic about imparting my very own soi-disant learning strategies to enable them to achieve their academic and/or career goals.

I’d like to express my belief through the quote of William Jennings Bryan that "Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved."

 

My name is Poom. I received my chemical engineering degree with honors from Chulalongkorn University and have been actively teaching Math, Physics and Chemistry for SAT, IGCSE, CU-ATS, and CU –AAT at WSC.  Most, if not all, of my students have enjoyed studying from me because one of my multi-pronged techniques is to make them visualize each concept in order to easily understand
all the crucial points in a short time.

My dear students!  I’m Betty.  I am a Master’s degree graduate from the international program of Mahidol University in Material science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree graduate from Srinakharinwirote University in Chemistry. I was awarded a scholarship by The Thailand Center of Excellence in Physics [ThEP].  Here I teach GED Science and Mathematics and IGCSE Chemistry.

Hello and welcome to the adventure of learning.  I’m from Florida, USA which is famous for alligators, oranges, Disney World, and the Space Shuttle.  I teach IELTS and other English courses.  I also enjoy teaching computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.

I graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Electrical Engineering including studies in Solar, Wind and other alternative energies.  My engineering career in America included working on NASA spacecraft that explored Venus and Mars, and I was even a Power Seller on EBay.

Having completed my bachelor’s and master’s
degrees in Business Administration with honors from internationally recognized universities and having gained more than eight years of work experience  in the real world of business, I am confident that I can share with you the latest and most effective tips and techniques to help you easily get to your desired academic and/or professional destinations.

With my approachable and eclectic teaching style, I can proffer you constructive advice and make you feel at ease to question whatever is still mind-boggling to you.  You will find that being a

Math and Science are terrible, aren't they?

Well…I hope you don't think that way. These subjects will be as easy as counting 1, 2, 3 if you understand them, but the way to make you understand them is my job.

My name is Goy.  I received a scholarship from the Human Resource Development for a science project and graduated with a second-class honors degree from Silpakorn University, majoring in Chemistry.
